Stuart Cameron

Chef Stuart Cameron’s name is synonymous with some of the most celebrated restaurants in Canada and abroad. He is the executive chef for the authentic Spanish restaurant Patria, the Middle Eastern / Mediterranean-inspired restaurant Byblos, and Storys Event Catering.

The visual identity aims to represent an award-winning chef who is dynamic, imaginative, and meticulous in his culinary explorations. Inspired by the shape of the circle—found in pans, plates, and food plating—the logo features a large unevenly lined circle and is balanced by the o in Cameron. The subtle touch of the copper foil is a nod to his commitment to quality and authenticity, while the organic lines convey his modern interpretation of different cuisines.
